Kanye West is being sued by George Floyd’s child’s mother for $250 million.

After statements made regarding Floyd during the “Drink Champs” interview, the mother of George Floyd’s daughter sues Kanye West for $250 million.

The Witherspoon Law Group and Dixon & Dixon Attorneys at Law formally released a news release concerning this litigation. Kanye also received a letter ordering him to stop. Kanye is accused of making “false representations regarding George Floyd’s death to promote his businesses, and generate marketing value and income for himself, his business partners, and associates,” according to the complaint.

Attorney Nuru Witherspoon, a partner at The Witherspoon Law Group, declared that the child’s best interests came first. “Kanye West’s statements are traumatising George Floyd’s daughter, and he’s making her feel unsafe and unwell.”

Both YouTube and Revolt have subsequently taken down the Drink Champs interview. This was something that many people expected would happen because of Kanye’s criticism. Additionally, he has drawn criticism for appearing on Fox News while sporting a “White Lives Matter” shirt.
